Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management tool, which will grant you complete command over your e-mail boxes and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can create a brand new mail account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. What's more, you can forward e-mail messages from one electronic mail account to another, create mail filters, create autoresponders and protect your email box accounts against spam email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your email accounts against spam electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted emails will find their way into your email box. Your e-mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular e-mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtering your incoming electronic mails according to specific rules specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly set up an e-mail filter for any of your email box accounts and set the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mail messages from one mailbox account to another, or even to several other e-mail accounts. Just select the mailbox you wish to redirect email messages from, then choose the destination e-mail box and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly set up the mail client of your choice to access your electronic mail accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you wish to set up on your computer or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mailbox account will be configured in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager, managing multiple mailboxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to quickly create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will handle the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
